About Irene
Irene is an ICF PCC Executive Coach, Accredited Coach Supervisor, and Organizational Culture Coach who is specialized in emotional intelligence, success mindset, complex trauma recovery, and Jungian depth psychology. She is the founder of SightCET, The Institute of Leadership Authentic Culture, a keynote speaker, and soon to be author for her book – Radical Becoming – coming out by end of 2024. Her coaching and coach supervision journeys weave in the growth of clients’ emotional intelligence and wisdom of the body through different modalities that enable them to go through a deep transformation of their whole human system as leader, team, and organization which mirrors the mind, body, and soul.
